Iron Tri for Teddy
I'm fundraising in support of three-year-old Teddy who is fighting neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer.
Why I'm fundraising
I’m (unwisely) doing an iron distance triathlon on 25th June 2023. That’s a 3.8km swim, 180km bike, and a marathon.
I’m hideously under-trained, but I’m going to do it anyway.
I’m raising money for Teddy, the son of a friend of mine, who is three years old and suffering from neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer.
Any support would be hugely appreciated.
Meet Teddy
Teddy is a three-year-old from West Sussex who is obsessed with anything to do with trains! In July 2022, Teddy was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer that has a 40-50% chance of long-term survival at diagnosis.
